DEVELOPMENT OF DAILY LIVING

We give you a supporting hand and participate with you to help you do your ADLs and develop skills for everyday life by doing with you , rather than for you, as much as possible in say cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene etc. These skills will optimise your sense of wellbeing.

ASSISTANCE PERSONAL ACTIVITIES

We provide support and assist with personal activities to help you with daily tasks and improve your quality of life. Our support workers assist with activities such as bathing, hygiene, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Our caring staff are trained to assist you with dignity and respect, ensuring your comfort and privacy.

OTHER CARE

We also provide Implementing Behaviour Support Plans and Early Childhood Supports. Our OT will work with you ( the parents for your child’s best development as your needs and preferences and will work with educators. Our behaviour implementation staff will be trained by the BSP practitioner.

COMMUNITY SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

We offer Community and Social Activities to you as chosen by you for optimising your wellbeing as per your needs, including your cultural and spiritual needs.

COMMUNITY NURSING CARE

High intensity clinical care in your home or SIL
We have an RN and we provide Community Nursing Care to support your health needs at your home or in the SIL environment. We offer a variety of medical services, e.g. wound and complex wound management, and SC injections. care, dysphagia management, and nursing. assessments.

DEVELOPMENT OF LIFE SKILLS

We understand the importance of developing life skills for your independence and confidence. e. These skills help you live on your own and take care of yourself better. We’ll help support you in the ADLs until you feel confident doing them on your own.

ASSIST WITH TRAVEL/TRANSPORT

We will support you in the Household Task as chosen by you and deliver it as per your preferences. Our Support workers can help with various tasks around the house, such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up etc.
